Job Scope

1. Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to identify sourcing requirements.
2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery standards.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database.
10. Cost analysis: Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or reliability.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the metal fabrication or engineering industry.
3. Strong network of suppliers and the ability to expand it.
4. Excellent ability to source unfamiliar materials or hardware efficiently.
5. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with SAP Business One is a plus).
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Scope

1. Responsible to ensure goods are purchase according to engineering spec.
2. Sourcing, evaluation & selection of new supplier.
3. Feedback purchase info to the production supervisor.
4. Responsible to monitor the inventory level and planning of raw material/ hardware/others.

Job Scope

1. Responsible for production to achieve production plan in respective line.
2. Support Production Manager to motivate, train, counsel and discipline employees.
3. Responsible for respective area cost and wastage control.
4. Ensure production quality, 5 ‘S’ and safety standards are complied with.
5. Provide production records and other performance indices to the Production Manager whenever required.
6. Liaise with QA on quality problem and take necessary counter measure to prevent recurrence.
7. To report process malfunction to the Production Manager and liaise with maintenance and engineering to resolve the problem.
8. To develop, edit, load and control of the programs into the electronic media when requested.
9. Responsible for Daily Machine Maintenance Service (KHEI – F56) and provide report to Maintenance HOD end of each month for records filling.

Job Scope

1. Plan, coordinate and monitor activities according to schedule.

Job Scope

1. Carry out metal fabrication development works.

• Draft in-house drawings.
• Determine fabrication process and create BOM in SAP system.
• Work with purchasing to Purchase required hardware and material.
• Create production job orders.
• Follow-up during fabrication to meet delivery deadline.
• Solve factory escalation issues during fabrication processes.

Requirements

Job Scope

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the drafting team to ensure timely completion and release of technical drawings and BOMs.
2. Communicate directly with Production Planning and Production departments to align drawing and development priorities with manufacturing schedules.
3. Track progress of drafting tasks and product development deliverables to ensure compliance with project lead times.
4. Review technical drawings and documentation for clarity, completeness, and production readiness.
5. Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely submission of purchase requisitions for all required items based on BOM and project needs.

7. Proactively identify and address any potential delays or bottlenecks related to drawings or material availability.

10. Support the Product Development Manager in continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in engineering coordination, product development, or technical support roles in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOMs, and engineering specifications.
4. Experience in cross-departmental coordination, especially with production and purchasing functions.
5. Excellent planning, tracking, and follow-up skills.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma level.
2. At least 10 years’ experience in human resources including 5 years in managerial capacity.
3. Strong knowledge of local Labour Laws and HR best practices
4. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
5. Solid experience in both core HR activities and driving changes
6. Capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels

Job Scope

1. Execute administrative and human resource functions of the Company.
2. Provide advice and guidance to Human Resource Executive & Assistant on Malaysian Labour Laws, affairs and requirements related to human resource aspects.
3. Execute Human Resource policies, procedure, manuals, and employee handbook.
4. Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
5. Ensure vacancies are filled within stipulated time frame.
6. Supervise the team to ensure accuracy and timely payment of employees’ salary and other statutory payments such as EPF, EIS, SOCSO and income tax are aligned with the Malaysian Law.

Requirements
