Job Scope

1. Responsible for production to achieve production plan in respective line.
2. Support Production Manager to motivate, train, counsel and discipline employees.
3. Responsible for respective area cost and wastage control.
4. Ensure production quality, 5 ‘S’ and safety standards are complied with.
5. Provide production records and other performance indices to the Production Manager whenever required.
6. Liaise with QA on quality problem and take necessary counter measure to prevent recurrence.
7. To report process malfunction to the Production Manager and liaise with maintenance and engineering to resolve the problem.
8. To develop, edit, load and control of the programs into the electronic media when requested.
9. Responsible for Daily Machine Maintenance Service (KHEI – F56) and provide report to Maintenance HOD end of each month for records filling.
10. Any other responsibility assigns by Production Manager from time to time.

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in related field for those without qualification.
3. Having strong supervisory and leadership skills are essential.
4. Good knowledge of steel making manufacturing industry.
5. Able to work under pressure.

Job Scope

1. Analysing existing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
3. Supervising and motivating production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow
4. Ensuring that all production activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
5. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machinery, equipment, and production processes
6. Maintaining accurate records of production data, analysing performance, and reporting findings to management.

Requirements

1. Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or any other related field
2. Must have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
3. Must have basic knowledge in Autocad/SolidWorks/Engineering Drawing.
4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
6. Ability to adapt to changing production needs and troubleshoot unexpected issues
7. Min 3 years experiences in Production/ Manufacturing line are required to apply for senior position.
8. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Job Scope

1. Carry out metal fabrication development works.

• Draft in-house drawings.
• Determine fabrication process and create BOM in SAP system.
• Work with purchasing to Purchase required hardware and material.
• Create production job orders.
• Follow-up during fabrication to meet delivery deadline.
• Solve factory escalation issues during fabrication processes.

1. Assist Production team

• Develop jigs and fixtures.
• Provide technical support.
• Solve quality issues

1. Assist Sales team

• Create Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Provide technical advice during meeting with customer.
• Determine material usage.
• Determine packing methods and draft shipping container layouts.

Requirements

1. Minimum2 yearsworking experience in develop sheet metal parts.
2. Familiarity in using CAD software (Eg: AutoCAD or SolidWorks).
3. Willing to work extra hours if required.
4. Self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.
