Sheet Metal Fabrication
OVERVIEW
Where Metal Meets Solutions.
We are equipped with world class facilities to process sheet metal, whether it is Stainless steel, Aluminum or Carbon Steel sheets.

Laser Cutting
A precise method that uses a focused laser beam to cut or engrave materials like metal, wood, and acrylic, offering clean cuts, high accuracy, and minimal waste.
MATERIAL THICKNESS
Mild Steel:
Up to 30mm
Stainless Steel:
Up to 15mm
Aluminium:
Up to 15mm
CUTTING AREA
W: 2500mm x L: 6000mm

Turret Punching
A process that uses a turret press with various tools to punch holes, cutouts, or shapes in sheet metal efficiently and accurately.
UP TO WORKING AREA 5' x 10'
Mild Steel:
Up to 30mm
Stainless Steel:
Up to 15mm
Aluminium:
Up to 15mm

Stamping
Turret punches machines are build to punch precise holes, slots, and shapes into metal sheets. It has a turret—a rotating tool holder—that holds multiple punch and die sets, allowing for quick tool changes during operation. These machines are ideal for high-speed, repetitive punching tasks and are commonly used in producing enclosures, panels, and brackets.
Maximum Stamp Length and Width
3400mm x 2150mm
MAXIMUM TONNAGE
Up to 600 ton

Bending
A metal fabrication process where force is applied to shape sheet metal into specific angles or curves without breaking it.
Maximum Bending Length
6000mm
Maximum tonnage
600 ton

Welding
A process of joining two or more metal parts by melting them together, often using heat, pressure, or both.
